LEASA - County Public Rescue  serves the citizens of Logan county in Southern West Virginia.

As members of the LEASA team, we have the responsibility and privilege of serving a great community while fulfilling the goals and mission of our organization. When each individual member takes pride in their respective role and ownership in the overall provision of quality service, our vision and mission is achieved as a team.

LEASA Recently honored three long time icons. Paramedic Pete Browning, Paramedic Willard "Rocky" Blankenship and Paramedic Charlie Mounts. The three have retired from full time status with LEASA, however all three plan to volunteer with LEASA for years to come. All three will be missed by the LEASA family. Charlie Mounts, 28 years of service, Pete Browning 22 years of service, and Rocky Blankenship 20  years of service.
